Courses Distance Learning -v- Practical Learning When it comes to deciding which path to go down to train as a Hypnotherapist you may need to consider which option will suit you as an individual. Distance learning offers the opportunity to learn at your own pace, in the comfort of your home and is usually more cost effective than training in a classroom type setting. Practical Training on the other hand gives you the chance to watch and learn from someone who has been a practising Hypnotherapist for many years and will suit those who don't have the patience to read through manuals and listen to demonstration CDs. There is an advantage to both approaches, however we believe that a combination of the two is preferable. The International Academy of Hypnotherapy offers a pay as you learn Professional Hypnotherapy Diploma Course whereby you can read the literature and listen to the CDs at your leisure and attend workshops and/or practical training if you feel that you would like to have hands on experience. |
